Through this 3 hour assessment we will leave no stone unturned. If you are serious about personal wellness our OneWellness data will leave you in no doubt how to MoveWell and LiveBetter. 

We will take you through a gym health and safety induction, Human Performance Movement Screen, Metabolic & Cardio Energy System Assessment and a Dietician-Nutritional consultation. This program includes 1 month remote personal training and nutritional program.

Our philosophy dictates that we assess we don’t guess.  Our Human Performance Movement Screen and induction will gather data to tailor a specific training program.

Our report will highlight movement quality, metabolic age, strength profile and cardiovascular training zones. The compilation of key performance data will allow us to provide a 1 month remote personal training program.  


Our resident TPI certified Golf, Junior, Power and Fitness expert will combine a body screen and V1 video analysis to produce a body-swing report that includes a Golf Fitness handicap and analysis of the Big 12 swing faults.

Since 2003 TPI, has gathered an incredible amount of data on players of all shapes, sizes, ages, and fitness levels. During this time, TPI discovered how a properly functioning body allows a player to swing a golf club in the most efficient way possible. Additionally, TPI has analysed how physical limitations in a player’s body can adversely affect the golf swing and potentially lead to injury.


Our RacquetFit certified expert will combine a body screening and V1 video analysis to produce a body-serve report that includes 1 month remote personal Tennis Fitness program. 

RacquetFit certified professionals don’t believe there is only one technically correct way to play tennis. In other words, we try to match an athlete’s physical abilities to their technical skills.


50% of cardiovascular training zone base programs are incorrectly calculated using an age related algorithm (220-AGE). At APEX360, we believe the devil is in the data.  Our metabolic testing assessment offers an in-depth analysis of resting metabolic rate (RMR) and VO₂ max.   Resting metabolic rate (RMR) is the total number of calories burned when your body is completely at rest. RMR supports breathing, circulating blood, organ functions, and basic neurological functions. RMR is the basis from which nutritional intake is derived and serves as a foundation for refuelling.  VO₂ max is the maximum rate of oxygen consumption measured during incremental exercise; that is, exercise of increasing intensity. Measuring VO₂ max allows specific cardiovascular programming ‘prescription’ to enhance weight loss, training volumes for endurance athletes and prevent overtraining.
